Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to return any or all items in new condition within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please make sure to include the original box and/or tags in the package in new condition along with the return form. Also make sure to indicate if you prefer to exchange for another item or have a refund issued to the original method of payment. Refunds and exchanges require 2-5 business days to complete from the day the package is received. Used products are not accepted and defective returns are subject to inspection before they can be accepted. Defective products are covered within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.


    • Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
    • Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. Delivery of funds before they appear on your statement may be delayed during weekends and holidays. 
    • Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund. 
    •  We do not accept COD returns. 
    • ALL clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • All items must include original tags and packaging in new condition
    • We suggest trying all merchandise on in a clean, indoor area to ensure that the item fits to your liking.
    • If you would like to process a return or exchange please email or for your return/exchange authorization.
    • This return policy does not reflect the policy of in-store purchases at any of our retail locations. In-store returns of online purchases can only be accepted by our Woodbridge & Springfield locations.



Return and Exchange Instructions


When returning the item you purchased, please include the return form which is located on the reverse side of the invoice received with your shipment. If you no longer have the invoice, print the online return form. Fill out the required information and enclose the form with your package. If you are unable to obtain the return form, please include your name, address and daytime phone number, along with the reason for the exchange on a full sheet of paper. If the item is an exchange, please include the style number, size and color of the product you would like exchanged.

Postage Credit


We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order.


  • Complete and enclose the Return Form on your invoice. 
  •  Package the item(s) and Return Form and seal it securely with tape. 
  •  Drop your package off at a UPS or Federal Express Drop-Off Branch.

If the return or exchange is deemed as defective merchandise, the shipping charge will not be deducted from your refund amount. Please inquire with a Customer Service Representative if you have any questions about determining whether your product is defective or not. 

Returns are not available for customized replica jerseys or team uniforms with printing.
